What should this PR do?
Building on the updated test suite from #148, which can now be run against deployed workers, we can update the deployment workflow to run the tests once the deployment has been completed, to validate that the deployment has not caused issues.
Further, we can also update the scheduled workflow to test the production + staging deployments, rather than just testing a local instance repeatedly. To enable that, the CI workflow for PRs + pushes has been split out to continue testing a local instance.
What are the acceptance criteria?
Deploying continues to work, with the additional test suite step passing. PR CI continues to run, checking linting + test suite.
