In this PR I demonstrate how to use the new-sum interface.
Note: a TaggedUnion would not really change the verbosity of sim
Applying
/<TAG> in inst/"<TAG>" in inst/and/inst[<TAG>]/inst.<TAG>/would result in "tagged syntax"Also there would need to be changes to the asm.py
/Inst(<TAG>(<PAYLOAD>))/Inst(<TAG>=<TAG>(<PAYLOAD>))/would be required for a Tagged syntax
