Depends on hwtypes:new-sum
This just disables the failing tests and allows hwtypes:new-sum to work in peak:master.
We need to come up with a way to rewrite examples/pe and examples/pico to use the new sum match(T). Pico should be easy to do, but the pe seems more difficult
