line break in tui doesn't work but does without tui

Issue

When using the tui, line break doesn't work. neither shift+enter nor alt+enter. When using the --no-tui option, line break works with alt+enter..

I'm using Konsole (kde plasma) and zsh.

--terminal-setup does not take into account Konsole's set up process. I THINK this is the file that stores the keybindings of Konsole:

and the set up would be something like

key Return +Shift : "\n"

But I flatly have no idea where this file lives to be edited on the machine since googling yields:

Which does not link to any useable documentation. If @yennor you can confirm where key binding files are supposed to be stored, we can update this more generally

I am thinking maybe ~/.config/konsolerc or ~/.local/share/konsole/<keyboardscheme>.keytab per:

But the authority of these sources is so-so

config files should be in:
.local/share/konsole

and the keyconfig as it seems is stored in:
default.keytab
(assuming your keybding-profile is called "default", what I guess is the default ;-))

You can get the keybinding name from the config file:
Default1.profile (which seems to be the default profile, but i've got no idea where is set, what *.profile file konsole should use.)
there you have a setting:

[Keyboard]
KeyBindings=default

I've changed the setting in default.keytab file from

key Return+Shift : "\EOM"
to
key Return+Shift : "\n"

and now it works :-)

Actually I just looked at the create file stamp of default.keytab. As it seems it has been created only after I've changed the keybinding setting in Konsole. So this file won't be there by default. And also, there are all default keybindings inside now. So I guess if you just create the file with only the shift+return keybinding, then all other default keybindings won't work.
