Pretty ouput is broken in aider-ce coroutine-experiment

Not sure about the main aider-ce branch but none of the modes have pretty output for me

Yeah, this was a compromise of getting the outputs and inputs to be asynchronous in the first place. The thing I have neglected to spend time on is getting pretty output but without the background colors since the asynchronous output structure causes some very intense screen ripping/flashing if I have it enabled. I'll mess around with this today as well

Something fishy; on konsole over ssh I get [38;5;214mUsing openrouter/anthropic/claude-sonnet-4 model with API key from environment.[0m
Bisect says this commit but I guess it was broken earlier and just disabled?
edit: Reverting the self.console.print "fixes" it.
edit: Hm, prettyprinting of the async output doesn't work at all.
