/paste not pasting the clipboard

Hi everyone,

Moving over here from the main Aider product --

In aider, I could use /paste to paste the clipboard as a prompt to aider.

With cecli, this isn't working (whether TUI or non-TUI mode) and it just says that the text was pasted, but nothing happens, and it appears that the text is not pasted at all to the GenAI.

Is anyone seeing this behaviour? I'm using Win 11, but not Windows Terminal (just the old console host). However I just tested using from Windows Terminal as well and I see the same problem.

Will look into it but ctrl+v doesn't work?

Thank you! -- ctrl+v doesn't work for me (I think it sends the ^v control code). I can set an option to make ctrl+shift+v work as paste, but then it pastes one line at a time, so cecli and other tools interpret each line rather than the entire block (this I think Windows Terminal works correctly for).
