aider-ce is calling the LM innapropriately after /run commands

Issue

I'm a bit of a heavy /run user and the expectation is that this will offer me the opportunity to add the output to the chat and then always drop me back into input mode.

Aider ce is defaulting to calling the LM straight away which seems undesirable and wasting tokens.

oh actually I'm having a lot of trouble with the CLI - I'm trying to use aider-ce on aider ce but I'm struggling to achieve a usable CLI.

most urgent problem is innapropriate calls to LM's but there's other things too. Is it worth me attempting to have a look?
