Show notification only once the Model finished its reply

Issue

Aider-ce shows the prompt while the Model is still responding, which is good. But if you use the setting

# show notifications when ready
notifications: true

You get a notification directly after the prompt returns, but while the Model is still responding. And there won't be a second notification when the model finishes. So for longer requests you don't notice when they finished.
