Issue
This is what led me to #92 - I now realise that when I say yes to adding file(s) then aider-ce will call the model.
The issue is

what if I want to add the files and then give a bit of context "oh ok, you can have those files but you need to know x, y, z etc".

there is no indication a call has actually happened.
