Added missing string interpolations
Suppress warning for the right Local MCP server name in base_coder.py
Environment variables prefix should be "CECLI_" instead of "CECLI". Documentation is still not fixed (AIDER_)
Before, in `commands/__init__.py`, we were doing some weird hacking to be able to import the `commands.py` module, which is bad practice. Instead we refactor `commands.py` to be `commands/core.py`. This simplifies import/export.
