@Furtif this would be a great function in ddt4all. Seems like pyren can do this. Maybe make an automatic script to make a back up from an ecu and restore it |

Hello,
I would like to propose adding a Backup & Restore feature for the configuration files used by DDT4All (such as .json files). At the moment, when working with ECUs or custom profiles, the files need to be saved and restored manually, which can be inconvenient and may lead to mistakes if something gets overwritten or corrupted.
A built-in option to back up all configuration files with one click, and to restore them just as easily, would make the workflow much safer and more user-friendly. This would be similar to how tools like Renolink handle backups, allowing users to quickly revert to a previous working state if needed.
Such a feature would be especially useful for people who experiment with different parameters or frequently switch between ECU profiles.
Thank you for considering this improvement.
