Conversion

Dear community,

I have a clio that im doing a brake conversion on from drum to disc. I know there are pressure regulating differences between these systems. Which is why im wondering if i need and can reprogram the abs / esp without the configuration from a RS or GT varient with discbrakes. Im then also wondering how and if i can get a "disc configuration". I already refrenced all parts and the abs units of my clio and the rs variant are the same, i just think the confguration is different, for obvious reasons. I tried finding videos but i cant find any answers there.
