- Ensures `celest_lints` is used - Applies latest linter/style preferences using dart fix - Re-formats using Dart 3.8 Includes fix for analyzer plugin, which cannot be part of the workspace. Since the plugin's source code is copied to a temp directory, it will be outside the workspace which causes errors activating it.
