This pull request addresses a broken link within the documentation, specifically updating the path to the Mocha testnet guide in the quick-start documentation. This ensures users can correctly navigate to the relevant information, as the previous path was not working on the site.

Code Review
This pull request aims to fix a broken link to the Mocha testnet documentation. The proposed change is a step in the right direction but appears to still result in an incorrect path. My review provides a correction to ensure the link works as intended and is consistent with other links in the file.

Thanks for fixing this broken link! However, the new path seems to be incorrect.
This file is located in the how-to-guides/ directory. A relative link like how-to-guides/mocha-testnet.md would resolve to how-to-guides/how-to-guides/mocha-testnet.md, which is likely not what you want.
To be consistent with other links in this file (e.g., on line 15), you should use a root-relative path. The correct path should start with a /.
Alternatively, you could use a path relative to the current file, which would be just mocha-testnet.md. The root-relative path is more consistent with the rest of the file.
