Code Review
This pull request updates the application version to v4.0.10 for both Mocha and Arabica networks and includes a minor wording improvement in the Arbitrum full node guide. The version updates in the JavaScript constant files appear correct and consistent. I've provided one suggestion to improve the phrasing in the markdown file for better clarity.
