Code Review

This pull request updates the application version tag and corresponding SHA for the Arabica devnet. The change itself is straightforward. My review focuses on the maintainability of this versioning file, suggesting an automation strategy to prevent potential human error in future updates.

Manually updating these version strings and SHAs can be error-prone, as it's possible to update one value but not the other, or to introduce a typo. To improve long-term maintainability and ensure these values are always in sync, consider automating the update of this file.

A script could, for example, fetch the latest release tag and commit SHA from the source repository as part of your release process and patch this file accordingly. This would make the process more robust.
