This PR updates the network upgrade documentation to reflect the current state of Celestia network upgrades by adding a v5 upgrade section and moving the completed Lotus upgrade to the past upgrades section.

Changes Made

Added v5 Network Upgrade Section

  • Added new v5 upgrade section to "Upcoming Upgrades"
  • Included Arabica upgrade height: 7316464 as specified
  • Documented that v5 includes a fix to restore IBC support which was broken in v4
  • Set standardized delay periods (1 block for Arabica and Mocha)
  • Used TBD placeholders for missing information (Mocha height, dates)

Moved Lotus Upgrade to Past Upgrades

  • Relocated Lotus network upgrade (v4) from "Upcoming Upgrades" to "Past Upgrades" section
  • Updated verb tenses from future to past (e.g., "will include" → "included", "will use" → "used")
  • Maintained all existing technical details and formatting
  • Properly positioned in chronological order after Ginger (v3) upgrade

The documentation now accurately reflects that v5 is the upcoming network upgrade with specific details about the IBC fix, while preserving all historical upgrade information in the appropriate sections.
