This PR updates the main celestia-app parameter specifications reference to point to the current v6 parameters, providing users with the most up-to-date parameter documentation for mainnet.

Updated the primary parameter reference in the mainnet documentation (
how-to-guides/mainnet.md):parameters_v3.htmltoparameters_v6.mdNavigation Cleanup
Maintained a clean navigation structure by keeping only the general celestia-app specs link in the Resources section, which provides access to all specifications including the updated v6 parameters.
Benefits
The change ensures that users accessing parameter information through the documentation are directed to the current v6 specifications rather than older v3 references.
