This pull request updates the version of Mocha referenced by the node-latest-tag within the project's VitePress configuration. Highlights

  • Mocha Version Update: The node-latest-tag for Mocha has been updated from "v0.27.3-mocha" to "v0.27.4-mocha".

Code Review

This pull request updates the version constants for the Mocha testnet node software. The changes in .vitepress/constants/mocha_versions.js correctly bump the node-latest-tag to v0.27.4-mocha and update the corresponding node-latest-sha. This is a straightforward and necessary update to keep the documentation in sync with the latest software release. The changes are correct and I have no further feedback.
