The "Integrate with Celo" section (checklist, custody, cloud-hsm,
general, listings) was entirely L1-era: PoS validators, LockedGold,
ReleaseGold, ContractKit, the BIP44 path 52752, the celo-blockchain
binary. None of it maps to Celo as an L2.
The cloud-hsm guide additionally documents a workflow that no longer
works: celocli 8.x rejects --useAKV with "flag is no longer supported".
Repoint legacy /infra-partners/integration/* redirects to the
operators overview, and drop the two cross-references in
home/manage/{exchange,self-custody}.mdx since their target is gone.

The celo-exchange-bot guide describes an L1-era workflow against Mento V1 and depends on the Azure Key Vault celocli flow that was removed in the prior commit (celocli 8.x rejects --useAKV). The upstream celo-org/celo-exchange-bot repo is also archived, and the page itself already warns it is unmaintained. Drop the sidebar entry and repoint the three legacy */celo-exchange-bot redirects and /holder/exchange to /home/manage/asset.
