Cannot open any extra windows in cemu while a game is running. (macOS)

Current Behavior

Window for settings, and show seperate gamepad screen cannot be opened while ingame.

Expected Behavior

The window to open

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Cemu.
2. Launch a game
3. While in the game, open General settings or Input settings.
4. Nothing happens.
