My best guess is that Trakt history items are missing a watch_date and thats required in CrossWatch. I dont recommend another SIMKL purge: the missing entries are already absent from the exported Trakt baseline. If the missing episodes has a actual watched date in Trakt then we need to dive further. |

I set up CW today and configured Trakt, Plex & SIMKL.
Docker container on Synology NAS - version 0.12.1.
(Post copied and adapted from a Reddit post to add some context and details.)
First I tried to sync from Trakt to CW and SIMKL, but for SIMKL I got several add entry suggestions which were definitely in SIMKL already, so I pruned the DB there (I made a backup before, of course).
My plan is to use Trakt as the main DB (for now, still wanting to migrate away), use CW as the backup and sync the state to SIMKL.
After pruning SIMKL, I synced again from CW to SIMKL (to avoid many requests on Trakt side) and noticed that there are many shows in watch with S1E1 unwatched, which should definitely have entries there. So I checked the CW DB and noticed that the entries are missing there. I also tried running a Trakt to SIMKL Sync, but these entries are also not added.
My Trakt history currently has 7602 entries, according to their homepage.
In CW I only have ~5000 entries and during sync only 7046 are showing in UI.
If I do a dry run or a normal one, it fetches 7046 history entries from Trakt, but some shows (like "Drake & Josh" which is an old entry in history) are not in CW history - only in ratings, for example.
So I think only older entries are affected.
What can I do to get this work?
Edit: looks like the logs have been cleared after reboot during last freeze, trying again and update them in a sec.
