CrossWatch v0.11.3

This release introduces a new tracker BingeBase currently supported for scrobbling (watcher/webhooks) only.
Another major addition is the new Command Line Interface, which can be used either directly from the command line or interactive shell.
This means users can configure CW directly from the CLI without needing to use the Web UI. Just awesome for nerds like me.

• New tracker: BingeBase, covering scrobbling only (watcher/webhooks).
• New CLI: run cw from the container to manage CW from the terminal.
  • Advanced: CW_CLI_ONLY=1 as env to disable the Web UI and only use CLI/API mode.
  • Includes: API tokens for CLI and headless access.

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

• Added: Local CLI fallback for read-only and repair commands when the service is down.
• Added: V2 API tokens for safer and faster CLI/API authentication.
• Fixed: Nuvio to Floppy syncs had issues due to missing TMDB keys.
• Fixed: Connection modals no longer close when clicking outside the modal.
• Fixed: Profile names can be changed and saved again in the connection modals.
• Updated: Floppy adapter to v0.3.
• Updated: CW Release version to v0.11.3.
