Nav links in Content Explorer cannot be differentiated without colour

Describe the bug

The current active nav link in Content Explorer cannot be differentiated without colour.

To Reproduce

1. Enable high contrast mode in your browser/OS
2. Go to Content Explorer

Expected behaviour

It should be possible to tell where you are when browsing in high contrast mode.
