From the description in the announcements link, it looks like there are a couple of steps needed to enable HTTPS for your website-- we define this as "partial" https support. If so, then we should change the category to partial and move the link from announcements to tutorial.
I could be mistaken as I'm going off of a machine translated version of the site. @schoen, can you double-check my comprehension of the page?
