Remove duplicates from examples

The examples/zephyr/device-dashboard/src contains duplicates of mongoose, and also dashboard sources.
Please remove those. Update makefiles to reference mongoose.{c,h} from the repo root, and dashboard files from its own repo.
Avoid symlinks too, as they are flaky on Windows.
Check other example projects, too.
