* Deleted `SecretPath` from `cmd` * Updated test for `cmd.cli` to temporarily disable the output check due to changes elsewhere producing empty output in the test, so if needs adjusting * Refactored tests in `cmd` to use Vault TestCluster * Added tests for `vault`
