PORTFOLIO PROJECT

Digital footprint, games, resources.

TO DO

  • Make the joystick base a classic cross d-pad, keep the round joystick overlay.
  • Add slight visual button press animation, like increase size by 0.1% on press.
  • Marquee Formatting.
    • Make SparkleSeeker page title font split or shrink on window resize.
    • Make marquee a class, and then use id's like marquee-main, marquee-sparkle, to break title lines in the correct place on page resize.
    • Make Header same width as game canvas on resize.
  • Unify menu stying. Background opacity, border thickness/color, glow.
    • Large menu popup.
    • Small menu popup.
  • Flesh out menu options.
    • Sound: music/sfx (on/off)(volume: min-x-med-x-max).
    • Difficulty: obstacles (on/off)(pace/damage/scaling: min-x-med-x-max).
  • Obstacle effects.
    • Slow/speed.
    • Increase/decrease size.
    • Rate/type.
    • Inc/dec health/points.
    • Multipliers.
  • Swap marquee/border color functionality.
  • 🐞 Mobile landscape mode bug.
  • Game conditions:
    • Max hearts = 2x points (gained & lost).
    • Levels begin at 0. Each level 25 points? Add level scaling.

FUTURE GAMES

  • Farming sim. (32x32 or 48x48?)
  • Quiz game. (Pokemon, City, Snack) (Booleans!)
  • Ad-lib choose your own adventure. (Mage, Knight, Rogue) (Forms!)
