Show me your daily-copilot prompt — the one tweak that made it click

[chacosoldier]

Compabob ships daily-copilot as a generalist sparring partner. Where it gets useful is the first time you tweak it for the work you actually do — and that tweak is usually something small that you would not have predicted from the README.

Drop the change here, with one sentence on the before-and-after.

Format:

• What I changed: (a line in the agent file, a sentence I added to memory, a hook I wrote, a phrase I banned)
• Why it suddenly clicked: (what the assistant did differently after)

No wrong answers. Three-line replies are perfect. The point is to make the surface area visible so the next person sees what is actually possible without having to invent it.

(If you have not customized it yet, that is also a useful data point — open an issue or reply here with what you tried and what blocked you.)
