Rename and expand Titles and LinkTitles page to include Identifiers Renames the page to "Titles, LinkTitles, and Identifiers" and adds a new Identifiers section documenting when and how to set explicit menu identifiers to avoid Hugo duplicate-menu-entry build warnings.
