Prepares the SCAP datastream for release by updating the XCCDF Benchmark
<version>element.3.2.9gpos/xml/scap/ssg/content/ssg-chainguard-gpos-ds.xmlOnce merged, the
create-releaseworkflow will automatically createtag
v3.2.9and publish the GitHub Release pointing atthe merge commit.
