Upgraded Go from 1.25.3 to 1.25.5 across all Dockerfiles, GitHub Actions workflows, and documentation. Updated Atlas from v0.38.0 to v0.38.1 for both Docker image and CLI installation. Signed-off-by: Miguel Martinez <miguel@chainloop.dev>
The Atlas CLI version v0.38.1 is not available via the atlasgo.sh install script. Reverted to v0.38.0 while keeping the Docker image at v0.38.1. Updated the upgrading-golang skill to include a reminder to always test the curl command before updating the CLI version. Signed-off-by: Miguel Martinez <miguel@chainloop.dev>
