This PR merges the unrelated history from v0.3.0-dev into master while preserving the existing master history.\n\nNotes:\n- A backup branch and tag were created from the previous master tip before starting the merge.\n- The merge branch first links both histories, then syncs the tree to match v0.3.0-dev.\n- This also brings bundle-full-source workflow onto the default branch so workflow_dispatch can be tested safely.\n
