How to: Directory for File Manager for Public Images - Camilo 2.03

I have a question concerning the Filemanager in Camilo 2.03 . When I want to add a Picture one the Startpage of Camilo 2.03 the Filemanager open. there is only a directory on the root. When I add a Folder this is only readable für users. Can someone help me how I can access the public files with the file manager and upload public images? I am using ubuntu 24.
