[C2] Fix student view button

• In course home, click on "Switch to student view" and the view changes but the button doesn't change name to "Switch to teacher view".
• When returning to the teacher view, "Course settings" and "Maintenance" appear as tools (and in the cog menu). This should not be the case
• In the Glossary tool ([C2] Glossary tool fixes #6722), the student view button doesn't react (probably in other tools too) (should be fixed now - @AngelFQC is working in that one)
• In the documents tool, the button does not have the expected effect. The feature might miss the implementation altogether as the documents tool is a rewrite

The current code has an installation guide that includes a basic Windows 11 section in /public/documentation/installation_guide.html
