ok so the strategy here is that, the collectoss rabbitmq image and the composefile here is going to be built with collectoss defaults.

if someones existing config relies on augur defaults for the rabbitmq connection/they haven't migrated the contents of the relevant environment variables yet, they should continue using the rabbitmq image built/published from augur.

a guide for how to migrate these variables will be available in the Migration information guide that is forthcoming
