OpenEvalGate 0.1.0 — Stable Core
0.1.0establishes Core Compatibility v1 for the local deterministic releaseassurance core. It does not publish a package to PyPI.

Release handoff
After the selected release commit passes tag CI, build the wheel and source
distribution from that exact tag, verify a clean installation and canonical
report reproduction, generate
SHA256SUMS, and attach the wheel, sdist, andchecksums to a manually created GitHub Release. Do not publish to PyPI.
