support cortecs.ai (OpenRouter but EU)

Cortecs.ai is a European routing service, routing the user's inference requests between (at least) OVH, Scaleway, Nebius, AWS.

OpenRouter - but hosted in EU.

Their API is OpenAI compatible, so it's pretty straightforward to implement.

Hi @harmw!

I see they have a /models endpoint.

The best way to implement this is by creating a generator on cmd/ to automatically generate the JSON config for us. AI is usually pretty good at doing that.
