A simple folder template for running a landscape design project with an AI agent.
It helps a designer keep photos, measurements, client wishes, AI concepts, approvals, documentation, estimates, and reviewed delivery materials in one clear workflow.
The exact service scope is defined by the studio for each client project. Do not hard-code default package names or assume that every copied project includes the same downstream stages.
- Download or clone this repository.
- Make a copy of the whole folder for a real client project.
- Open the copied folder in your AI agent tool.
- Tell the agent:
We are starting a new landscape project. Read START_HERE.md and guide me.
- Add the files you already have:
- site photos;
- measured plan or CAD/Archicad export;
- client questionnaire or notes;
- references from the client.
The agent should then ask a few questions, fill the project files, and tell you the next step.
Do not work directly in the master template if you want to keep it clean. Copy it first, then use the copy for a real client.
START_HERE.md- first instruction for project start.AGENTS.md- agent rules.FLOW.md- stage-by-stage workflow.BUSINESS_ARCHITECTURE.md- business logic behind the folder structure.SKILLS_INDEX.md- local skills available to the agent.
No specific model is required by this template.
Use any AI agent that can read and edit files in a folder. For image generation or visual editing, use the AI image service you already work with. The agent should help you prepare prompts, inputs, logs, and selected results.
To adapt the kit to your studio, read CUSTOMIZE.md.
Use it for adding your tools, local skills, studio-defined service scopes, references, and versioning rules.
Current version is stored in VERSION. Changes are listed in CHANGELOG.md.
This is not a software app and not an automatic design generator.
It does not replace professional landscape design tools, CAD/ArchiCAD work, local standards, or designer responsibility for dimensions, quantities, and implementation decisions.
It is a clean working structure for a designer and an AI agent to run a landscape project without losing context.
