localhost AI agent button is hidden

Can someone help me clarify?

The AI agent feature that is available in cloud I can't see it on local host. Is it disabled on purpose?

I tried running via npm, docker run, rebuilding docker.

Using openrouter openai apiKey.

m3 max machine.

I have the same - even if OPENAI key is provided, no option to use AI.
I'm not sure if this is by design, to force user to use Cloud version, or it's a mistake.
