PolarArea off-center

I'm having an issue where my Polar Area charts render the data slightly off-center.

Sceenshot attached showing my 4 charts, where you can see on each one the center-point is slightly to the right of the grid center by a small amount of pixels.

On the same page I'm also using Bar charts and Line charts, all rendering correctly.

I've removed all my CSS to track the cause, but it still occurs. Has anyone experienced this before and can advise how to correct it?

Using 2.1.4 at the mo.

I've created a JSFiddle showing the issue, checked in Chrome and FireFox.

It seems that having fixed dimensions on the <canvas> object is causing the issue.

Also note that 'Yellow' does not render unless you turn the other colors off.

I do notice that if you remove the labels it seems to be aligned correctly, not sure if that's any help to anyone?

@ConnorLinfoot I did try that, but it made no difference to my app.

@etimberg in which release will this fix be present? As I can see, not in the currently available 2.1.6 version. Right?

@pierot There hasn't been a released with this fix on it yet, still waiting myself rather than hosting a local copy.

The next release will be a v2.2.0. We will likely have a v2.2.0-rc.1 build as soon as #2926 and #2918 are merged
