Pie chart borders truncated

Hello.

When creating a pie/doughnut chart with big enough borderWidth or hoverBorderWidth those borders will be truncated.

Top or bottom slices have truncated borders (both normal and hovered state)

Btw, @etimberg when is the next release which would include this fix coming?

@knstntn the next release should be soon and will numbered v2.2.0. We will have at least one release candidate before then since we changed our build system. It will now automatically build and attach the files to the github release and also auto deploy to NPM. Should make things much smoother in the long run.
