on stacked bar, tooltip mode of 'single' behaves like 'label'

Here's what tooltips.mode='single' normally looks like:

However, if you place your mouse near the dividing line the tooltip is rendered as if it the chart options were set to tooltips.mode='label':

This is a simplified example. I have a good reason to prevent this from happening, but I can find no way of preventing it.

I think this was introduced in 2.1.5, as you can see it on these 2 jsfiddle:

• the 2.1.4 version without the issue
• the 2.1.5 version with the issue. It happens on the first 2 bars, when your pointer is over a point of the line.

@barsh maybe you should try to downgrade to 2.1.4, to see if it solves your issue in the meantime.

Anyone looked at this further? I am also encountering this same issue. I am able to "fix" it by bailing out of getElementAtEvent once the array has one item, but obviously that's clunky. I need to trace the code more to really figure out root cause.
