Upgrade the Marshmallow version

Hi, are you considering upgrade of the Marshmallow version to the v3.x? We're using chartmogul in our project and it's our only blocker for upgrading the [Marshmallow](https://marshmallow.readthedocs.io/en/stable/) to v3.
