handle_securejoin_handshake failed to load the chat #7478

Unclear which version: "❌ Failed to receive a message: error in Secure-Join message handling: Failed loading chat Chat#140 from database: Query returned no rows. Please report this bug to delta@merlinux.eu or https://support.delta.chat/."
There are no other details. Likely happened on the Bob side, because in bobstate we store chat_id and it is possible to delete the chat by the time vc-auth-required arrives.
Worst case we need to try deleting the chat after every step on both Alice and Bob side in the Rust test until it fails with a similar error.
