Broadcast channel subscribers list can be out of sync #7497
Description
Under some circumstances, the subscribers list of a broadcast channel can be out of sync:
- Have DC Android 2.25, and an older DC Desktop version
- Create a channel on Android, and add a member via a QR code
- Update DC Desktop
- Add another member via the QR code
- -> DC Desktop will see the channel, but with the wrong memberlist.
The solution is to send SetPgpContacts sync action after every member addition.
