We restart I/O when adding a relay, but when removing a relay we don't so IMAP loop for removed relay keeps running.
This is not a big deal as with #7997 we still recognize the messages sent to us even received to such relay and IMAP of old relay will not be used after restart, but would be nice to fix this.
