Group members cannot be found in global search

Version 2.48.0

1. Create profile "Alice"
2. Create profile "Bob"
3. Create profile "Charlie"
4. Alice creates a group and a QR code for the group
5. Bob and Charlie scan the QR code and join the group
6. At this point Alice can find Bob and Charlie in search.
7. Write a message to the group from Alice, Bob and Charlie

At this point Bob cannot find Charlie and Charlie cannot find Bob in global search (typing into the search field above the chatlist in Delta Chat).

There is a merged workaround for looking up contacts by email address: #8098
It should be reverted and the tests changed to test lookup by both the name and email address once the bug is fixed for real.
