Remove fingerprint and addresses from the context info#8262

This info is added at the top of the logs and we don't want users to send us the logs with the key fingerprint for debugging, it is not really useful but identifies the profile.
Also remove redundant all_self_addrs from the info, each address corresponds to the transport.

This info is printed at the top of the log, but is not necessary for debugging. It is enough to have just the domain names of the relays.
