We need to use the 30 minute hardcoded interval between each liveness ping of a single node to calculate the delay between node N's liveness ping and node N+1's liveness ping which is used later in the liveness ping loop in service.go. Signed-off-by: Jeremiah Snapp <jeremiah@chef.io>
